Allen, River's gonna be staying with us for a little while, okay? She doesn't really have anyone else she knows here, and we got plenty of extra rooms.

[Lavi is sitting outside, bundled in a coat, looking pensively up at the snow]

Been here as long as I was in the Order. Doesn't seem like that long sometimes. I don't even know what could be happenin' at home... when Allen got here, didn't seem like that much time had passed there. Maybe I can still go home.

Amusement park, huh? That's what everyone's calling this thing. Am I the only one who ain't quite trusting this "vacation?" Might as well enjoy it, but... be careful, yeah? Could be another experiment to see what we do with it. Least it doesn't seem like it'll hurt anyone, but... ya never know...

Anyway, don't think there's anything wrong with enjoying it, even if it is another experiment. And hey, if they're taking a vacation, we can have some fun too, right?

Allen! We're going out. You need to get outta the house, yeah? I know your arm still ain't right, but c'mon, we're going. I got us a room at the hotel, you gotta see it.

For anyone else who knows Allen, he's been taken again. They were pretty damn quiet this time... he was just gone when I woke up.

[Lavi ventures outside, holding his expanded hammer above his head, spinning it around occasionally as he tries to duck the bullets.]

Looks like we got a lotta New Feathers around again, yeah? Guess it's about the end of another round. M'sure you've all been greeted and been told about the place, but I know I ain't met some of ya this time. So, for those of you I missed, I'm Lavi, I've been here for about forever (seems like) and I can help you out with finding your way around if you need it.

Also, Allen and I still got some open rooms in our house, so if anyone needs a place to stay, even for awhile, you can come crash here.

Still can't remember what they did to me last time. It's been a month... least I don't get sick now when I try to remember, but nothing's helping, either. All I get's these dreams, and I don't know if they're from this time or the times before.

[The journal clicks to video as Lavi finishes writing and sets the book aside. He rubs his hand over his face and pushes away from the kitchen table, going to the cabinet to start making a cup of tea.]

[Lavi is wandering into the town out of the forest, looking dazed and disoriented. His clothes are dirty and torn, though he doesn't seem to be hurt.

Reaching the fountain, he sits, staring at the water, a confused look on his face.]

Did I forget...?

Did I really... do all that? I dunno if I remember everythin'... it's all kinda spotty. I hope I didn't hurt anyone for real, though. Sorry to anyone I... yelled at or threw fire at or anythin' like that. It all made sense at the time, y'know?

Allen... did I really...? I didn't want it to be...

[long silence]
